I have had the pleasure to meet with Alfred and Edna a couple times before this shoot, and I love that we got to know each other a little bit before.. they already seem like old friends! I will be shooting their wedding early next year, and they decided to use their included portrait session to get some shots of the whole family. :)
Their troupe showed up in coordinating sweaters, and I think they look just fab! (Love the characters!)

Although Katie graduated high school a few years ago, she contacted me in hopes of having a belated senior picture session. She never had a formal photo shoot in high school and thought her parents may enjoy it as a Christmas gift. (Brother had some done, and there were no pictures of Katie to put on the wall!)
I think her parents are really going to appreciate the thoughtfulness, and I just absolutely love how the session turned out! We began our sunrise shoot at the Biscuit Paint Wall (one of my new favorite places) and then migrated to Hermann Park.

I love how often I get to see this family! Madyx always looks like a perfect doll and her cousin, Greyson, is growing up to be such a handsome little boy!

Brittany and Kurt were married earlier this year, and they are still in that amazing honeymoon phase. They are absolutely googly-eyed for one another, and I just LOVE it!
Happy people make my work a breeze, and these two were giving me no trouble at all!
