Frank+Mariam: Wedding

Frank and Mariam are an absolutely lovely couple. I was there when Frank got down on one knee, and it was my honor to be there the day they exchanged rings and vowed to be husband and wife.

This may be one of the most emotional bridal parties I ever photographed, and it makes my heart smile that everyone was bursting with so much happiness! It was another small wedding, so I felt like a part of the group by the end of the night. I thank everyone in attendance for making me feel that way. :) Enjoy some gorgeous moments from Frank and Mariam’s big day at Safari Texas Ranch.

Yudith+Lino: After Wedding

Yudith and Lino had a small ceremony with their family earlier in the week, but they wanted a portrait session of the two of them in their wedding clothes. These are some of my favorite portraits to do. :) The wedding is over, so couples are much more likely to do whatever it takes to get a good shot: sit on dirty steps, walk in the grass or lay on the ground!

I met Josh and Shelly through church, and it was my absolute pleasure to capture their very special day!

Their ceremony was perfectly timed with the sunset, and I just loved their color scheme. They picked a local venue, JB La Hacienda, and this little hidden treasure offered Pinterest-perfect photo ops! We took group pictures before the ceremony, and it made the rest of the evening run so smoothly. I adore small weddings and how intimate they are… this was a truly stress-free and beautiful wedding!

Kendra is one of my most beloved clients. I typically see her twice a year for updated pictures, and she always comes prepared with several looks!

This session took place at Discovery Green, and we missed the rain by seconds! The overcast skies gave us perfect, diffused light, and we really captured some great headshots and portraits.

Nick: Senior Pictures

Nick’s mother contacted me about getting some casual senior portraits of him (those yearbook pics didn’t cut it), and I happily obliged. Several years ago, I took Nick’s older sister’s senior pics, and it was so good to see this family again!

We started the session at Vintage Park (so polished) and then traveled to Telge Park to finish with some great hiking images! These folks are pretty adventurous, and I love the casual feel once we started to really get the hike going. :)
