Alfred+Edna: Wedding

I have gotten the chance to know Alfred & Edna through a family shoot and a handful of meetings, but they are one of those couples that I feel like I’ve known for years.  They are easy going and such good people to be around.  :)

They battled a bit with a rainy day (That’s good luck!), but it didn’t affect too much of the celebration since their wedding was all planned indoors. ::whew::  Hey- it just means we got some sweet umbrella pics!

Venue: Imperial Banquet Hall

Kendall: Senior Pictures

I met Kendall at the Biscuit Paint Wall (no secret I adore that place), and then we headed to Hermann Park for the remaining portion of her senior pictures.  Kendall is an art student, and I really appreciate the bohemian flavor of her wardrobe. Don’t be surprised if I show up wearing something similar to my next session.  ;)

Sterlyn: Senior Pictures

I would like to take a moment and confess my obsession with Sterlyn’s name- especially how it incorporates his mother’s middle name (Lyn)!

Sterlyn was another brave senior scheduled for sunrise, and the early sun really paid off with some gorgeous backlighting.  :)  I love that he incorporated special elements like his interest in golf and his super-cool pink shoes in honor of a family friend battling breast cancer.  It is little touches like these that can really help personalize a senior session.

Kenny: Senior Pictures

I have taken pictures for both Kenny’s parents at the Woodlands Waterway, and we decided that it would be the perfect location for Kenny’s senior pictures too!

We scheduled for the sunrise shoot (on Spring Break, mind you), and were able to capture some beautifully lit images.  Thanks again, Kenny- you rock.  :)

Jessica: Senior Pictures

Jessica is a quirky dancer/aerialist/actress who was looking to get a few images for her graduation slide show.  She is a natural performer, so it wasn’t difficult to get some amazing images in a short amount of time! (PS- I am so in love with the Ponderosa walking trails!)
