I am so grateful for my clients that return year after year- it is such an amazing thing to witness the growth of a family! I have photographed this particular family in a new location every year, and this time they decided to shoot in their very own neighborhood. We met up their house and walked to the park- perfect. I loved the bridges, water and shady pathways… not to mention the gators and neighborhood kids playing army!

Ashley+Don: After-Wedding Portraits

Ashley and Don were married 5 years ago at the Renaissance Festival, and I was there to photograph their reception at Shirley Acres. I can’t believe it’s been 5 years, but they both fit into their wedding clothes (Don even had to have his taken in)!

They are such a fun and vivacious couple. They love festivals and dressing up, so it was such a fitting celebration of their 5 year wedding anniversary to don their formal wedding gear and have a photo shoot!

I have had the absolute pleasure to take engagement pictures, wedding pictures and family pictures for Ari, and I loved the opportunity to document her precious Chloe’s first birthday! Ari had the vision for this shoot, and we collaborated on props… I think the outcome was completely adorable!

Cloie: Senior Pictures

Houston got rained out this weekend, but thankfully, the weather was absolutely gorgeous for my rescheduled senior photo shoot with Cloie! It wasn’t too cold or too hot, and the light was just perfect- we honestly couldn’t have asked for better conditions.

Cloie is an incredibly stylish and gorgeous girl (with unbelievably long lashes), and we had fun talking about travels, future jobs, and dreams of moving to the big apple. Check out these awesome shots from Hermann park:

Whitney+Elmer: wedding

I had an absolute blast at Whitney and Elmer’s wedding at La Tranquila Ranch in Tomball, TX. I can’t believe it, but this was the first wedding I shot there! This venue is definitely a hidden gem with gorgeous grounds and an amazingly friendly staff!

Elmer and Whitney almost seemed less nervous for the wedding day than their engagement pictures a few months back. They were calm, smiling, and dancing all night long! There were so many wonderful DIY details that Whitney and her mom put together, and I loved all of the special touches.
